Offshore Fishing Costa Rica .com and Bobcat Sport Fishing Charters is owned and operated by long time residents of Costa Rica, Richard & Fanny Esquer.  Richard and Fanny along with their three children live on-site in the Los Suenos Resort which allows them daily hands-on contact with their clients, boat captains and crews. This hands-on operation ensures a consistent service that their international fishing clients have come to expect.

Offshore Fishing Costa Rica .com is also available to assist you with your hotel/condo accommodations either here in Los Suenos - Herradura bay or in nearby Jaco beach, a thriving beach and surf town.

Our 32’ Tournament Blackfin is run by a first-rate Captain & Crew and weather your ideal fishing trip is for Central Pacific Sailfish and Marlin on traditional gear or Fly Fishing or a day of world class inshore fishing for Roosterfish, Snapper and Grouper, the team of the Bobcat is ready to go.

Captain David Mesen:

David is a 12-year veteran of fishing the Central Pacific of Costa Rica where he has developed a reputation for making the most of a day on the water. David is fully bilingual and always available to answer your questions while enjoying your day(s) fishing. 

Juan Carlos Fallas:

Juan Carlos is bilingual with 4 years crewing experience and a passion for fishing; Juan Carlos knows his way around the cockpit, which results in more fish raised and more fish hooked up.
